Does the plugin cost money?

I’m rather new to wordpress (at least the backend) and have to set up a webhook connection with CF7. We have done it for our own website with Gravity Forms so i’m not entirely sure if it’s the same idea but i hope so. I was wondering if this plug-in costs money (and if the set up is rather straight forward).
