Does the plugin have a pop up the prompts people to purchase more?

I have just installed your plugin on a staging website and it’s a great addition to my website. I was wondering if the plugin has the functionality for a prompt or pop up to appear that encourages people to purchase more so they reach the discount value? If your plugin doesn’t do it, is there another that works in conjunction with it that would add this functionality? Thanks in advance for your help.
