    does this have conditions can we charge no fees if free shipping or certain amount in cart triggered?

    – No, this rule is not available in our current light version.

    2. No fee if Certain amount in cart triggered?
    – Yes, you can add Cart Subtotal(Before Discount) rule to achieve your requirements.
