Does the plugin works on IIS server?

    The plugin does not provide any score improvement.
    Especilly on mobile report.

    Does it work with IIS server?

    I think you misunderstand the purpose of this plugin. Google pagespeed reports tell you where your biggest areas of opportunity are to improve your site speed. You or your web developer then use this data to make changes to your site in those areas. After making changes you can recheck your scores to measure the impact of your work.
