    Hello

    I have tried using “Mailchimp for WordPress” since Mailchimp created it but it is not syncing. Does this plugin offer the same features?

    Thanks

    Justin

    @juzzz,

    Our plugin does not offer the same features as MailChimp for WordPress.

    Our plugin is designed primarily for subscribing your WOoCommerce customers to MailChimp lists when they make a purchase.

    First of all let me clarify that MailChimp for WordPress is NOT created by MailChimp, it’s created by ibericode.

    If you need any help setting it up properly you can ask for support here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/mailchimp-for-wp

    Since you are talking about “syncing” you might be using MailChimp UserSync? That’s another add-on to MailChimp for WordPress that let’s you sync all your WordPress users but it’s a bit more complicated to use as it has so many advanced features. There is limited support for that add-on here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/mailchimp-sync/

    MailChimp for WordPress has sending WooCommerce registrations (customers) to MailChimp as one of it’s integration features, and it can integrate with practically any form on your site, a create a new form just for sign-ups.

    You will find the integration options under MailChimp for WP > Integrations > Woocommerce registration.

    With the Premium add-on you can sync your Woocommerce orders as well to use it for automation in MailChimp, such as abandoned cart and product follow-up.

    Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!
