Does this plugin load resources on every page?

Hello, I’m curious if this plugin loads its resources on every page of a site, even where it’s not being used?

For example, let’s say the home page does not contain an instagram feed from this plugin. Will this plugin’s js and css files still be turned into HTTP requests for the home page url?

And other urls?

What if we’re only using a certain feature, but not all features that require certain js or css files. Will the plugin only load what the shortcode calls for?

If this is not the case, and all resources do load on every page, is there a way to turn this off?
