Does this plugin require AgentPress theme?

    It does not require the AgentPress theme but does require a Genesis child theme.

    How would we determine other compatible Genesis child themes? Or should it just work on any? If I am thinking correctly the agentpress theme is what echos to the screen or at least that functions.php file is where I edit what shows in the post.

    Yes, it works with any Genesis child theme.

    If I am thinking correctly the agentpress theme is what echos to the screen or at least that functions.php file is where I edit what shows in the post.

    If you are implementing a CPT (listings are CPTs) then you do need to add functionality to your child theme to support the display of the CPT. The AgentPress child theme already has the listing support code in it. And that support code should work in any Genesis child theme.
