does this plugin work for WP v.3.8 & v.3.9?

This plugin sounds like what I’m looking for, but when I went to get details via my WP dashboard, it told me the plugin wasn’t verified for my version of WP. This concerns me.

I see 817 people have downloaded it, including 5 last week, altho the stats chart appears to show a lot of partial downloads. What’s up with that?

The FAQ answers the Q – How do I specify which email address will receive the surveys? My Q – what surveys? Isn’t this plugin to get people’s email addresses so we can send them an email with a link to one of our non-public pages (or a file) in return? I’m thinking of using it to link to a white paper.

So, people, how is this plugin working? Any security issues? Has anyone had one or more people send his/her name & email address to you to get an emailed link from you? Did it work out ok?
