Does this require WP be installed already?

    Coming from Duplicator Pro, this looks cool! Do I need to have WP installed to migrate an old site, or can I drop an export file from the plugin into an empty directory and be ready to rock?

    You will need to have WordPress installed and setup properly.
    It is a requirement/dependency.
