    Hi there,

Does this work with the latest version of the Gravity Forms form builder? I activated the plugin but am not seeing an option anywhere to specify the blocked domains when adding an email field. The screenshot on the plugin page appears to be for the old version of the form builder so I wasn’t sure. I’m using Gravity Forms 2.6.3.

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, it works with the current version of Gravity Forms which is 2.6.6. On an email form field you can access the settings in the Advanced tab.

If you can’t access that panel running the current version of both plugins let us know.

Thanks for the fast response. Sorry, I didn’t realize I was using an outdated version of Gravity Forms. I updated to 2.6.6 but that didn’t seem to change anything. I also tried deactivating and re-activating both plugins as well as testing in a private browsing window.

Here are a couple screenshots showing what I’m seeing:

@drivendevelopment, I’m not 100% sure why it’s not showing, possibly a plugin conflict. Are you on the current version of WordPress? Also, do you see any Javascript errors is the developer console?

I’m having this same issue. Everything was working fine and then I went to go check the settings yesterday because we got an email from one of the blocked domains, and the field to set it is gone.

    Hi @joycegrace,

Can you confirm you are running the latest version of WordPress, Gravity Forms, and the Gravity Forms Block Email Domains plugin?

    Hi @mluniewska and @drivendevelopment,

We’re doing some more testing on this to see if we can determine why it’s visible for some users and not others. We’ll follow up when we have more information.

    Thanks,
    Amber

    Hey @alh0319,

Just to let you know, it did eventually start working for me; however, I’m afraid I don’t know what it was that caused it to start working though. If I remember correctly, I believe it started working at some point after deactivating and re-activating the plugin (although I think I tried that initially and it didn’t work the first time around).

    Hi @mluniewska,

    I tested this with:

    • Gravity Forms, Version 2.6.7
    • Gravity Forms Block Email Domains, Version 1.0.2
    • Gravity Forms HubSpot Add-On, Version 1.7

and it still worked. We don’t have a license for Gravity Forms Google Analytics Add-On, so I was unable to test with that.

I suspect that you have a plugin conflict stopping it from loading for you. You’ll need to copy your site to a staging or test environment and deactivate all plugins except for Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms Block Email Domains, then activated them one at a time checking to see if you lose functionality after you activate each one.

If you’re able to identify a conflict with a specific plugin, please open a new support thread.

Thank you and sorry this is being to tricky to track down!
