does this work with the latest wordpress?

  • bbP Toolkit version 1.0.12
    WP version 5.1.1
    bbPress version 2.5.14-6684

    I have tried closing forums to non admins. but on using a test user they can still create topics.
    I have tried to say no greyed out closed topics but they are still grey.

    It doesn’t seem to work at all.

    I have activated the plugin and set these options in the tools/bbptoolkit options.

    Is there something else i need to activate or set?
