Does this work with WP 3.9.1?

I hate to be a nudge, but I posted this question 6 days ago. Do the developers monitor this forum? It makes me feel a bit uncertain and uneasy that this amount of time has gone by with no response and no other queries on this forum appear to have had a response in the last month.

What gives?

Just deleted older version, installed new version.. still same issues.
I cannot see the images on sweetcaptcha anymore. Other captcha plugins seem to show images..
Wonder what is going on?
