Does using Feedburner give away my Page Rank??

  • I found this in an old article

    “The downside to using a 3rd party like Feedburner, is that the url is a FeedBurner url and any PageRank or popularity associated with the url will benefit the feed host rather than the feed creator. “

    Is it correct?

  • I don’t think so. Because you get your Pagerank for your site , not for your feeds.

    And on the opposite: With the HTML-Sites of Feedburner you also have another link to your site, so it should help your PR.
