Does USP Pro support origin / embed URL?

    Hi there,
    Hoping to use the PRO plugin soon. Just needed to know if there is any way to save into a custom field from the created post the URL where the USP Form is located. Or alternatively pass a parameter to the form, ideally passing it through the short-code used to insert the form.
