Does what it says but has no caveat or warning to indicate that there are situations where uploading a big file could harm one’s site or server. Perhaps, developer thinks everyone knows that. However, not everyone does. A client installed the plugin on their site, uploaded a big file, and caused an issue with their site and all sites on the server. The client didn’t know any better. They read the documentation. There was no warning or caveat to say that there are situations where a big file might cause an issue.

Had there been a caveat or warning, I would ask the client why they weren’t more careful. However, clients (and agencies) rely on plugin developers to provide relevant information about their plugins (including any potential “gotchas”). In this case, that information wasn’t provided.
