    I was having trouble using ZenDesk’s own guides, and thought that there must be an easier way – all I wanted was a simple form on my WordPress site to create tickets in ZenDesk. Then I found this plugin!
    Although the plugin was creating tickets, it wasn’t displaying a success message – I posted on the plugin forum and the very next day the author had fixed the problem and updated the plugin – amazing!
