Does what it says. Simplest solution.

Works as advertised. Admin console still accessible by going to /wp-admin or whatever you have setup.

One note is that you will need to disable any caching plugins you have. Perhaps this was Seth’s problem, below. In my case, I had WP Super Cache installed and that was superseding this. After disabling WP Super Cache, this worked as intended.
