Does WordPress have actual support

  • Does anyone know if WordPress has an actual support team. I think the forum is great but I have a bunch of issues and I am not finding the answer to them on the forum. Since this is a paid service I am assuming their is support but I can’t find it anywhere.

  • No there is no support team as such for self host wordpress and this not paid service.If you paid some one to setup wordpress then you need contact them as www.ads-software.com is free wordpress that anyone can install and use.

    You can hire someone to help sort out your problems by posting to https://jobs.wordpress.net if the forum support does not meet your needs. Everyone here is an unpaid volunteer and as govpatel said WordPress is free software.

    If you have issues you can’t find the answer for on the forum, feel free to start your own topic and describe the problem as fully as possible so you make it easy for someone to help you.

    If you need WordPress.com support, that is not the same as self-hosted WordPress and they do have paid services and their support is at https://en.support.wordpress.com

    WordPress is not a paid service. It’s free, as in speech and beer. ??

    if you are paying, make sure to know whom you are paying for what services – and then ask for support concerning these services.

    if you are using the WordPress.org software anywhere on your site, then this software was provided free.

    if you are with WordPress.com and paying for whatever, please contact https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ or ask at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/
