Does www.ads-software.com Blocking China Users?

Hi Dear,

In recent days, China users can not open https://www.ads-software.com, it always saying “429 Too Many Requests”, in China wordpress forums, a lot of users saying they can not upgrade wordpress, they can not update plugins or themes, it is not safe. Everyday we hope this problem be solved, but more than 8 days, we can not open https://www.ads-software.com, even https://cn.www.ads-software.com/, 7×24 hours, China users can not open www.ads-software.com, I make a screenshot at https://screenshot.net/r2vp6iw , many of China users feel very annoyed, not sure when you can solve the problem?
