does WPFC affect page speed????

hello and namste
this is not a complain as i personally like WPFC and do appreciate the developers effort.
but just want to ask – does WPFC affect page speed.
as i run the page speed this is what shows up in pingdom – and honestly im not a geek
and have absolutely no idea what these are or if it actually affect speed
could you please help….
