Does writing a new post cause the main index cache to be blown away
-
Pardon the dumb question, but I can’t figure out one thing about cacheing on WP in general.
Does this cacheing plug in automatically clear the cache for the main index on a new post, or do I have to wait for the timer to expire before the pages are regenerated to users?
It appears that it does not, and I would have to manually clear the cache every time I post, if I want updates to go out right away.
If it doesn’t do that, can it? Where would I start looking to add that functionality in? i.e. is there a hook I have to do, do I need to mess with the admin pages for posting, or the like?
