Does your plugin support on-page sortability with category names at the top?

I want a Portfolio like sortability. We only have 3 categories and about 15 products per categories. I’m looking for a solution that will let the user click on the category name at the top of the page and have all the products re-arrange to show just those products. The page would at first show All products then allow the user to click on the name of the category – and the products would re-arrange.
