    Hi @saikoh,

Yes, tI’m currently using WP Fastest Cache on my site and WordPress Popular Posts (just WPP from now on) works just fine with it.

Note that for it to work with caching plugins:

    • You must set your caching plugin to regenerate / purge its cache at least once per day.
    • When you first install the plugin & after every update, clearing your caching plugin’s cache is highly recommended to make sure WPP can insert its JS scripts into your posts & pages.
    • Some caching plugins include a JS minification feature. In some cases, this (the minification) isn’t handled properly by said plugin and it might break WPP’s ability to track your posts & pages so if you’re using this feature make sure to keep an eye on WPP’s Statistics page (Settings > WordPress Popular Posts) to make sure WPP is getting data. Fortunately, most plugins that offer this feature also include some sort of “exclusion” functionality that you can use to exclude WPP’s scripts from being minified.

If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Hi Hector, sorry for the late reply! holidays…

I currently run W3 total cache, i assume this will work the same as Fastest cache and thus will work with your plugin?

Yep, the things I mentioned on my previous comment apply to all caching plugins @saikoh.

    Since we’re at it:

You must set your caching plugin to regenerate / purge its cache at least once per day.

Ideally, the cache should expire every 12 hours. Having it expire once a day works too as long as your site gets enough traffic to guarantee that WordPress’ Nonces (security keys used by WPP to validate requests) are regenerated as soon as they expire.
