    Hey!

    I again excuse so many messages ??

    I’m having trouble with translations, for example:

    site.com/ CACHE OK Superfast!
    site.com/?lang=en CACHE Not fast :/

    If I put “Lang” in “Cached Query Strings” it will ignore the translation and deliver the orinal language, correct?

    I’m using wpml

    Hi @ofmarconi,

    I double-checked (not with WPML but with another plugin that used custom query strings) and if you put lang to the “Cached query strings” setting, different values of lang (like en and it and tr) will produce different page caches.

    I got this function wrong, utm_source usually has a similar value every time.

    Now I understand how it works.

    I was confusing it with “fbclid” of facebook.

    It brings a new value every new click, that is, facebook campaigns do not receive cache pages, the plugin will always generate new caches.

    Is there a way to ignore the parameter value and just deliver the page cache without parameter?

    Facebook values look like this:
    fbclid=IwAR3FQJ-sreDoo325s79EgoIGUybNsWGmrnAF8mUnNA9j4W8OF0v0zFeeKyg

    Click on any external link within facebook it adds that tracker.

    @ofmarconi we might add this feature later but for now, the “Cached query strings” feature will continue to work like this. Great idea though, definitely noted!
