Does your site work???

  • 1) I have opened a ticket at your official site:
    https://siteorigin.com/?post_type=thread&p=49503

    and 3 days gone and it is not yet approved..
    Is that forum alive at all?

    2) my problem was:

    using “post-loop” widget, when articles is more than i.e. 5 , then there is not shown page numeration, to go on the second page..
    how can i add that?
    Does SO widgets support that at all?

    1. Yes. We’ve replied to over a 150 different threads in the last three days. Please note that due to the volume of support we have to offer, there may a delay upwards of 5 days to get an initial reply (it’s much faster after that reply). This can be avoided by purchasing Premium which will allow you to jump to the front of the queue.

    2. The post loop widget uses the templates provided by your theme. Are there any other templates? If so, have you tried them? If so, does this issue persist?

    Sadly, if it does you’ll need to get in contact with the template developers as this is an issue with the theme you’re using. If it’s one of our themes, let me know and we’ll look into this further.
