• When a user is logged in, several of my customers have complained that they don’t get an option to pay with credit card. Only the option to pay with Paypal comes up. This has to be fixed. I’m losing sales

    The “Credit and debit card” gateway is shown in the iFrame on the checkout and it is fully controlled by PayPal, not so much by the plugin itself.

    The plugin sends details about the customer (IP, OS, web browser, etc) to the PayPal server. The server analyzes these details and decides what payment options the customer should see, so this can be different for every user. The only option you have to affect these options is to block certain options via the “Disable Alternative Payment Methods” field that you can find under the tab “Standard payment” in the plugin settings.

    We can take a look at this if you provide the site URL, but ideally, you should contact PayPal Merchant Technical Support for this issue.
