Doesn′t add to total prices when using Easy Booking plugin

  • The plugin works on simple products, but doesn′t do in bookable products, or products with variations, I use Easy Booking plugin for woocommerce reservations, it works great but it doesn′t work with your add-on price in the cart page or checkout, it show it on description product but doesnt summarize on the total price. Could you help me please.

    We’d be happy to clarify the supported Product type functionality with the POS.

    Right now, we support the WooCommerce default core Product Types of Simple Product and Variable Product Variations. If you use our BizSwoop Product Add-ons plugin, we include compatibility support for Add-ons.

    If Simple or Variable Product Variations are not showing in the POS, after the POS loads. In the main menu, click Support. Scroll to Products and click Force Sync. This will perform a new sync of the latest?products matching those product type requirements.

    Unfortunately, we don’t currently provide any compatibility support for Booking type products or third party plugins providing other product types.?

    We are currently working to develop compatibility with the official WooCommerce Booking plugin, we hope to have that support in the future, but don’t currently have any plans to support the Easy Booking plugin for the POS. We have added this plugin?to our list of requested compatibility?plugins and will evaluate the support after we release support with the WooCommerce Booking plugin.?

    Quick update, we accidentally posted with the wrong product name referenced. We were responding to another support post for our POS plugin on www.ads-software.com and referenced that name in error for this forum post subject on Product Add-ons.

    Unfortunately the response is still correct about our support for booking plugins, but the product name of POS, should have been Product Add-ons. We can’t modify a previous response, so we wanted to provide an update to avoid any confusion.

    Hopefully in the future, we will be able to support the Booking based plugins and product pages with Add-ons.
