Doesn’t always work

  • Most of the time this plugin works, but in some cases it doesn’t. For example, when I set it to only show the widget for the Shop page, it also shows in on individual blog posts.

    I’m about to remove this plugin and try similar ones, so the content of the URL I provided won’t be relevant anymore.

  • The setting to “Show only on the Shop Page” only affects when viewing pages. To also control its visibility on Posts, such as hide from blog posts, you’ll need to some some Post logic.

    For example, you could say:
    Enable Post Logic and Show in Selected Categories (then check no categories)

    or
    Enable Post Logic and Hide in Selected Categories. ALL Categories.

    Let me know if that resolves your issue.

    Thanks so much for the quick reply! It does work!

    Now the only thing I don’t understand why widgets show up on WooCommerce Product pages when only the shop page is allowed to show and no categories are allowed according to your instructions.
