Ended up with Fatal error: Call to undefined function responsive_container() in /home/joeycagl/public_html/staging/capitalplus/wp-content/themes/lab-responsive-bootstrap-child/header.php on line 129
Also, I looked in the plugins directory. Not all the plugins copied over.
A bit irritating.
Good thing I know how to do this manually.
