Doesn't appear to work

I love the idea, and the interface is straightforward enough – but, sadly, despite my following the instructions in the documentation, when I click submit nothing happens. Bummer. Ah well – since the plugin says it’s no longer actively supported, it was a gamble. Guess I move on!
