Doesn’t appear to work

  • Plugin doesn’t appear to work in either test mode or production mode. No connection errors and stripe is recording the new user and credit card. Just doesn’t run the transaction. No notification from plugin or logging on plugin end.

    Hello @sashman13,

    Since the user and card are registered, you probably have the reason why the transaction is not ending logged in your Stripe admin panel.
    Do you have any errors logged in Events & logs tab of the Stripe admin panel ?

    Only item in the stripe admin panel was the system registering a user from a transaction. It only entered a single user despite testing with multiple incognito windows and different users. Went ahead and loaded up another stripe donation plugin and it worked fine.
