Doesn't appear to work with IE8

Greetings,
My company uses a Knowledgebase theme and I’ve been searching for a Plugin that has a “Did you find this helpful” feature.
Only downfall is we are still running IE8 on a set number of machines and it does not look like this works with it.
Just an FYI.
