    Hello,

    after the PayPal payment the account won’t be created. If I create first the account and then make a payment it works fine. I deactivated other plug-ins to test that, but still the same problem.

    Hello,

    I have checked on our local server and there is no such issue was found and this may happen due to IPN(Payment Notification as Webhook) data was failed or sent delayed so kindly check the IPN history page from Login into PayPal -> Account settings -> Notifications page click on “Update” button.

    Also, ARMember does provide a debug log from ARMember -> General Settings -> “Debug Log Settings” page to enable a PayPal option and save settings after that purchase a membership plan without logging in and you will get to know if “webhook data” log is receiving or not.

    Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.

    Hi,

    thank you. I checked if there is webhook data and yes, for this transaction I can’t see it in log file from ARMember. In PayPal I can’t find this position with your answer, there is no menu like that.

    I can see webhook data if user is still logged in. How can we fix that?

    I tested it again. I got a webhook response, but user are not created. Do you want the log?

    Hello,

    Regarding providing the logs, please note that this is a public forum so do not share logs here.

    On view debug log page, from ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Debug Log Settings page at PayPal log, click on “view logs” and check the column “Log Name” column with the value “webhook data”, if yes then here you will be able to check the  payer id, payment date, also the payment status and other multiple details of the transaction, and as per the payment status sent by the payment gateway the ARMember performs the action.

    Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.
