Doesn’t Create Contact

    Hi,

    I configured the plugin per the provided instructions and a submitted contact form 7 does not generate a contact in Active Campaign.

    I purchased the Pro version to see if that would resolve the issue but it doesn’t generate a contact in Active Campaign either.

    Please provide troubleshooting/debug instructions to resolve this issue.

    It was actually the version of TLS that needed to be upgraded in my case. However, in my hosting (windows) TLS version is linked to PHP version. In other hosting environments you must upgrade them separately. Check your version of TLS is at least 1.2.
