doesn’t create the thumbnails of new size adeed

  • Hello
    I added a new media size but it does not regenerate the thumbnail with the new size.
    It’s a 1080px X 1080px resized in 500px X 500px. But I have the red cross in front of the size after regenerating.
    Can you help ?
