I went throught the wizard and selected the plugins such as “GA” and “FB”, I don’t want to integrate tag manager through this plugin, since we have separate plugin with Woo support. However, I still see all cookies even if i click disabled. What can I do?

    Hi @kajahal,

You don’t need to configure GTM with Complianz, but you’ll need to let Complianz know you’re using GTM somewhere else,

I’m not sure which plugin you’re referring to and if we have a integration, but in general you can go to the Wizard, then Consent – Statistics and select Google Tag Manager and check the three boxes.

With an integration, you will not have the following step: Statistics – Configuration, and you’re done.

If you do have the next step, you can select ‘NO’ on the question if Complianz needs to add GTM. This way Complianz knows you’re using it, and implemented elsewhere.

The next step is configuring Tag Manager to only trigger the FB and GA tags on the appropriate events. In your case you can use custom events that equal either:

    cmplz_event_statistics
    or
    cmplz_event_marketing

    For more information: https://complianz.io/definitive-guide-to-tag-manager-and-complianz/

Here you will find an import of needed triggers, variables etc to get your started, if needed.

    Hope this helps, regards Aert
