Doesn’t display the content

    Hi, we’ve been using your plugin successfully until one of recent shop updates. The size chart by category shows up as a button as additional tab but no content. We’ve updated all the plugins in the shop and even deactivated them all to see if any of them causing a problem but the issue hasn’t been resolved. We are running Free Version 2.2.3.
    Your help is much appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details here.

    If you think that after disabling all other plugins and issues are still there then it might be the theme conflict issue.

    Have you updated or changed the theme?

    Can you try with the WordPress default theme and check if it working or not?

    Thank you for your reply. Indeed, I have checked it on WP default theme and it works. How can I find the code that is causing this issue? Thank you.

    Okay, you can contact the theme support team about this issue that might help you to resolve it faster.

    Generally, this issue is related to calling the content filter that might not be called properly on the theme template and causing an issue.
