Sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working for you. Can you verify that you have published the BOGO deal? Once published, add at least 2 items to your cart and you will see that the cheapest item is discounted.

It really is that easy to set up a BOGO deal using this plugin. If you need to run more complicated promotions, such as “Buy 2, Get 1 half off” you can do that using our Pro version.
