Doesn’t do what’s implied

  • Tested with Twitter. This plugin doesn’t really “share the image” — what it does is share the link to the post that it’s on. We can do that with any social media sharing plugin here, making this one pointless, and redundant if you already have another social media sharing plugin running.

    Hi,

    Yes, for Twitter plugin share custom message that can contain the link to desired image. Twitter just doesn’t provide any way to share the image itself. But when you share the link to the image its attached to the message via Twitter cards feature. If you don’t see these images attached – you can validate your page via card validator.
