    Hi,

Probably this is not the correct place to ask but if you can it would be great.

For some reason, wp doesn’t recognize embedding even though they stated it works by just pasting the line without hyperlink https://youtube.com/v?=ID

What that ended up is just a line with that text and doesn’t turn into embed.

So when i used iframe together with your plugin, i see the actual player from youtube instead of a preview like in your screenshot.

    Hi,
sounds as if you should search with Google for a solution …
However, can you send me the link to your site? I’ll have a look.

Your theme might cause your problem. Once I had a site where the Youtube link was not converted when it was the last line of an article.

    Regards,
    Kevin

I searched google with many terms but i couldn’t find any blogger with an answer.

I was searching for embed guide, and saw this plugin because of the Faq with embed guide, even using all of wp tutorials it wont turn into embed.

If i use iframe, the plugin doesn’t lazy load.

I have tested it with all default wp theme but none works.

    Follow those steps …
    1. Make sure to use the current version of WordPress.
    2. Go to the hidden options page (/wp-admin/options.php) and search for a property named “embed_autourls”. There should not be such an option when you’re using the current version of WordPress. However, if there’s such an option, set it to “1” (instead of “0”).
    3. Are you using a plugin named “Similar Posts” by Rob Marsh? Deactivate it. It breaks WordPress auto-embed functionality.
    4. As a last resort, deactivate all plugins. Now it must work. Then you can activate plugin after plugin until you discover the plugin that causes the problem.

    Regards,
    Kevin
