One simple fix that helps in some situations is flushing your permalinks by simply saving the settings on the Settings > Permalinks page (so not the plugin settings, but WordPress settings).
If that doesn’t work, I’d be happy to look into this further for you if you can get me a link to the problem.
Unfortunately with WordPress you get a combination of all sorts of plugins made by all different developers, so there are many different things that can go wrong and it’s just not possible to test all these situations.
