doesn’t forward gravity form details

I’ve been having trouble with emails trying to use contact@https://…. as the from address. I installed your plugin and sent a test email through the smtp settings which worked. However, when sending via one of the Gravity Forms the subject line and reply-to line are ignored and the content of the emails simply says {all fields}. How can I get Gravity Forms to work with your plugin.
