doesn’t generate cache files

hello, i run wpfc and select Preload and enable, also check minify merge js,css minify html save but still after 4 hours i don’t have any cache file in wp-content/cache/all/

newest wp,
permission are ok (also plugin created cache folder and all folder),
free version of wp fastes cache plugin
php 7.3
