    Hi there! I installed your plugin, it shows that I’m connected to the server when I test the connection to the main domain URL. But when I go to import stuff it doesn’t pull in all the images, products, posts etc… What do I need to do to make it work?

    What is written in the logs?
    Do you have any warnings?

    Hi! There is nothing in the logs and no warnings comes up.It just shows like the transfer was completed and nothing with exception some limited wording and a couple of images comes over.

    Could you open a ticket on https://www.fredericgilles.net/support/ and send your log and a screenshot of your settings?
    You can find the log in the wp-content/uploads directory.

    I have the same problem. Can you please post a possible solution here as well? I am wondering, if it is something that the premium plugin could solve. In that case, I would be more than happy to purchase it ??

    What is written in the log?

    Please note that if all your data are custom post types, this is normal. The custom post types are imported with the Premium version only.
