Doesn’t insert Google sense adcode

Hello,
Got a site Im trying to insert conetent in. Strangely it doesn’t insert the adsense code I made. The sidebar will show other widgets, just not yours. This is WP 5.01. The site is accessible, Id have to send you the password. Do you have an email?
Do we need to purchase this for this to work?
