Doesn't like overseas shipping

Numerous overseas customers complaining that it is impossible for them to buy as the shipping option isn’t ‘valid’ or enabled even though the Royal Mail plugin is selected as my default shipping calculator and all relevant options within the plugin are enabled (including airsure, airmail and airmail recorded) All products have correct weight/dimensions)
