We are so disappointed to see that we failed to meet your expectations here…it’s always a bummer to see a 1 star review, especially for something that sounds like it may be a conflict with another plugin or a theme.
In looking at your activity here on the forums, I see you posted a thread that my colleague Brook has since replied to: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/list-view-not-load-previus-event?replies=3. Is it possible that he’s able to point you in the right direction with that follow-up? I’d love to know if he was able to help you and, if so, whether we might be able to earn back some of those lost stars along the way ??
On that same point: I noticed that you mentioned your problem was related to previous/next events navigation. Were there other areas of the plugin that were problematic? If so, would you mind sharing your thoughts on what those are? The reason I ask is that generally users giving 1 star (the lowest review possible) are doing so due to a number of factors, beyond just one. Our goal is to make the plugin more useful to all our customers…and if we can earn a full 5 stars from folks like yourself along the way, that’d be a nice added bonus.
All that to say — we apologize for letting you down. I’m optimistic that Brook’s answer in the thread might be of value and if it is, hope that we can someday earn back your trust here.
