Doesn’t load images

    I have installed “Facebook for WooCommerce” and my issue is that it doesn’t load the images from my website!
    I does load all information from products and categories but it doesn’t load any images!!!

    is that because of the size images that we load to our website ? they are all 960×600, does that sizes make any diference or is something else !!!

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    I’m sorry to hear that the plugin is giving you a bit of trouble. When the plugin shares the image information with Facebook, we are providing a link to the image in your site, and not the image itself. Facebook then grabs it, runs it through some performance features, and saves it to its own CDN.

    You should be able to see the image URL that Facebook is using for your product if you edit it from your Facebook catalog and click on “View more fields”.

    Would you please take a look there and share the image URL that it is using?
