    I have a number of boxes configured, but with this plugin activated and configured the shopping cart seems to pick boxes almost at random. Often they are too small, resulting in underpayment of shipping charges. Sometimes a larger than needed box is chosen, resulting in overpayment.
    It’s possible that this is a WooCommerce issue. I’ll keep trying to isolate it. However, it only began with the introduction of this plugin.

    Where do you have a number of boxes configured?
    Did you enter dimensions of the products in every product details?
    Our plugin has such a feature as a automatic box packing for multiple products based on weight and volume. However, it is in PRO version. Which version of the plugin so you use?

    Ah. That would be it. I was using the free version which apparently turns off WooCommerce Shipping’s box packing service.

    Dear @lucashilty what do you mean by that our plugin apparently turns off WooCommerce Shipping’s box packing service? How did you come to this conclusion? Would you be so kind and provide full name of the plugin that you are using for shipping packing? I get multiply searches when I entered the name that you have mentioned.

    Sure. I use WooCommerce Shipping & Tax: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-services/ The package picking system doesn’t seem to work with your plugin activated.

    If I bought the Pro version, how would that operate alongside WooCommerce Shipping & Tax? I want to be able to offer both UPS and USPS options.

    Dear @lucashilty , I can’t recreate the issue that you are describing. Our UPS plugin shows live rates. It should override any packing system of yours. I would recommend you to verify it, and turn off all the plugins beside WooCommerce and UPS. See if it works, ale separately turn on rest of your plugins. Then you will be able to notice what causes the issue.

    I understand that you want to use other plugins. I am sorry because I am not familiar with the architecture of the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, I can’t tell you what’s wrong. That’s why I would suggest you to verify all the plugins, and then you will see what’s going on.
