Disregard this review!

Possibly my original 3 star review of this plugin was doing it a disservice. I wanted to delete this review but it doesn’t seem to be possible.

Hi @practicaleq
If you would like me to look into these compatibility issues, please use the Contact Support section on the Help & Support page of Site Reviews to contact me. Site Reviews is updated quite frequently, and compatibility issues are always addressed immediately once reported.
Thanks
@practicaleq Unless you post a topic on the Support Forum with details of the plugins you are using (or contact me directly), then it’s very difficult for me to help solve the problem for you.
I have tested the Birdsend plugin and it works perfectly with Site Reviews. The Birdsend plugin uses javascript to insert the pixel and form on your website, so my guess is that the problem is being caused by the “search and dropdown menu” plugin on your website
Likely you will find that it you deactivate only the “search and dropdown menu” plugin, the Birdsend plugin and Site Reviews will work again.
I have searched for this “search and dropdown menu” plugin, but I cannot find it. Please provide a link to where I can download this plugin so I can test it.
Thanks.
Thanks for looking into this, although I must point out that I actually didn’t ask you to – I just switched to another reviews plugin that works for me (since I found out I actually had two reviews plugins on the site!)
Consequently I’m not very motivated to supply more info to investigate a plugin that I’m no longer using.
My experience was that the problem went away when I deactivated your plugin – but I’m willing to believe that my investigation of which plugin was causing the problem was not as rigorous as that of a software testing professional would be. So I’m going to delete my review in case I’m doing you a disservice.
The reason you couldn’t find a search and dropdown menu is probably that I’d already deleted it by the time you looked.
Best regards,Andy Smith

For anyone reading this in the future:
After further investigation, I found that the Javascript Minimization option of the SiteGround Optimizer plugin was breaking the Site Reviews javascript code on some websites (see also: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/dropdown-rating-instead-of-star-rating/ and https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/redirected-at-homepage-after-submitting-review/).
Since minification is unnecessary for the Site Reviews javascript (as it’s already minified) Site Reviews v6.6.3 uses the SiteGround filter hooks to exclude the Site Reviews javascript file from being minified. This should prevent SiteGround Optimizer from breaking Site Reviews (and consequently, all other javascript files of the website when the Combine Javascript files option is enabled in SiteGround Optimizer).
SiteGround Optimizer does the same thing for the Elementor Frontend javascript to prevent breaking Elementor.
The reason for the above is because SiteGround Optimizer does not always properly parse code that is already minified which can result in broken output.
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/notice-for-avada-users-cs-js-html-minification/A good analogy would be imagining a set of physical parts that need to be shipped in a box. Many themes and plugin developers use space efficiently and package their parts neatly in the smallest box possible. SiteGround Optimizer's minifiers unpackage everything and sort the parts again, then tries to repackage them in a new box. It's always possible that parts can break during the repackaging process
.Even though I wasn’t asked to investigate the problem, I felt it important to resolve the problem so it doesn’t affect future users of Site Reviews.
It’s unfortunate that the WordPress Forum Moderators are so strict in their moderation policy…
